1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of MS Doctor AI (msdr.ai and app.msdr.ai). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. What MS Doctor AI is — and isn't
MS Doctor AI is a personal wellness, research, and patient-advocacy tool for people living with Multiple Sclerosis. It helps you organize records, track symptoms, find patterns, and follow a protocol. It is not a licensed medical provider and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or replace medical care. Always consult your healthcare team before changing medications or treatment plans. Do not use MS Doctor AI in a medical emergency — call emergency services instead.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use MS Doctor AI to violate the law, infringe on others' rights, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the service's operation.
6. Your content
You own the health information and content you put into MS Doctor AI. You give us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
MS Doctor AI is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any pattern, insight, or suggestion it surfaces is medically accurate or complete.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MS Doctor AI and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any health outcome. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You may stop using MS Doctor AI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
