Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

MS Doctor AI ("MS Doctor AI," "we," "us") is a personal wellness, research, and patient-advocacy tool for people living with Multiple Sclerosis. This policy explains what information we collect through msdr.ai and app.msdr.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. MS Doctor AI is not a licensed healthcare provider and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or replace medical care.

2. What we collect

Account information: your name and email address, collected either directly or through Google Sign-In.

Health information you choose to add: labs, MRI notes, symptoms, journal entries, protocol steps, and related files you upload or enter into your Health Brain. This is the core of the product and is only ever used to power features you use directly — organizing your records, finding patterns, and preparing you for appointments.

Billing information: subscription and payment details are handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.

Usage data: basic technical data (device, browser, pages visited) used to keep the app working and secure.

3. How we use it

We use your information to operate your Health Brain, run the pattern-recognition and protocol features you ask for, process billing, provide customer support, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal or health information, and we do not use your health data to train models that serve other users.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with the vendors that power the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Google (sign-in, if you choose that option), and Stripe (payments). Each is bound by its own privacy and security obligations. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to your account is protected by authentication through Supabase and, if you choose it, Google Sign-In. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information.

6. Your choices

You can access, export, or delete the information in your account at any time from within the app, or by contacting us at jeffreynbjenson@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes your health data from our active systems, subject to what we're legally required to retain (for example, billing records).

7. Children

MS Doctor AI is not directed at children under 16 and is not knowingly used to collect their data.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
